Staff Product Manager, Ads Signals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision, strategy, partnerships, and roadmap for signals from pixel, CAPI, and MMPs.

• Promote a clear vision for the signals domain with executives and cross-functional teams.

• Refine advertiser-facing onboarding and signal-management products.

• Enhance signal ingestion, normalization, retention, and unified storage foundations.

• Elevate signal quality through validation and debugging frameworks.

• Collaborate with Targeting, Attribution, Optimization, Measurement, Insights, and Reporting teams.

• Set measurable objectives for onboarding success, signal quality, coverage, usability, and business outcomes.

• Leverage data to prioritize the roadmap and enhance product performance.

• Manage expectations with senior leadership and establish priorities across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Privacy, Legal, and Sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of launching and scaling advertising-platform products.

• Proven success in managing Ad Tech products throughout the complete product lifecycle, including advertiser-facing onboarding or management experiences.

• Direct product experience with data-connection solutions such as pixels, CAPI, and MMPs.

• In-depth knowledge of the performance advertising ecosystem.

• Familiarity with advertising data governance, privacy options, legal compliance, and the changing regulatory landscape.
