This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish the strategy, roadmap, and feature definitions for Aptible’s secure PaaS tailored for both traditional and AI-native applications.
• Collaborate with engineering, product design, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• Develop products that meet customer needs and strategically enhance business growth.
• Take ownership of acquisition outcomes, which are measured by the addition of new customers, in partnership with the Retention Product Manager.
• Propel product signups and facilitate new product-led customer conversions.
• Expand the customer base utilizing acquisition roadmap features across LLM Gateway and PaaS.
• Generate new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from features outlined in the acquisition roadmap.
• Define the discovery process and ensure alignment amongst stakeholders.
• Share insights from the discovery process with the broader team.
• Work closely with engineering and design to identify and mitigate product risks.
• De-risk aspects related to value, business viability, feasibility, and usability.
• Establish a clear roadmap for product initiatives.
• Define product requirements based on findings from the discovery process.
• Empower engineering and design teams to build products and facilitate the implementation process.
• Equip marketing and customer success teams with resources on pricing, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and documentation.
• Define data sources and success metrics in collaboration with BizOps.
• Set up dashboards and monitoring systems.
• Analyze patterns in adoption, engagement, and usage.
• Over 10 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• More than 3 years of experience in the PaaS / Developer Tools sector as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Proficient in communicating effectively with technical customers.
• Strong motivation to guide a small, highly collaborative team.
• Experience in identifying customers for interviews or utilizing intuition and market research to comprehend customer needs.
• A high level of empathy for understanding and listening to customers.
• Ability to be resourceful and experimental with design, engineering, prototypes, and surveys.
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity in early-stage environments.
• Experience working in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Background in strategic product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and value capture.
• Ability to unify stakeholders around a shared vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals that positively impact core metrics.
• Strong product judgment and intuition.
• Skills in translating technical concepts for technical customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Residing in the contiguous United States.
• Must live and work within the Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zones.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of residence is required.
• No need for Aptible support to maintain work authorization.
