This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Establish the vision for how Kin's products interconnect, transforming single-product customers into multi-product homeowners.
• Frame and spearhead significant, ambiguous growth challenges that span across multiple products.
• Design seamless attachment and cross-sell experiences between products.
• Determine the approach for introducing and selling new products alongside those that customers already possess.
• Own the design vision for the sales agent user interface, from problem definition to the final experience delivered.
• Set the standard of craftsmanship and define quality benchmarks for growth design.
• Integrate design perspectives into strategic planning, roadmaps, and prioritization processes.
• Enhance growth testing and learning methodologies.
• Utilize AI tools for exploration, prototyping, and design execution.
• Assess design impact through metrics related to agent efficiency, product attachment, cross-selling, and funnel outcomes.
• Proven history of managing ambiguous, cross-functional challenges from initiation to resolution and providing direction where none was established.
• Business acumen that links design choices to leadership outcomes.
• Capacity to articulate the trade-offs between quality and speed.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong intuition for data analysis and measurement.
• Skills in defining metrics and analyzing the funnel to assess impact.
• Experience in designing tools for internal or expert users is advantageous.
• Background in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry is a plus.
• Must be able to reside and work full-time in one of the specified U.S. states.
