Staff Product Designer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Champion the needs of helpers through user research and behavioral insights.

• Enhance the customer journey from registration through the initial 90 days.

• Minimize obstacles and attrition during the initial product interactions.

• Boost activation and retention by enabling clinics to realize value swiftly.

• Collaborate with product teams to create a unified and scalable activation process.

• Take ownership of and drive activation metrics forward.

• Approach design with a data-centric perspective and leverage data to inform product development.

• Align stakeholders and lead critical leadership initiatives.

• Design and conduct experiments.

• Utilize storytelling to foster stakeholder confidence and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of product design experience within a SaaS or similarly intricate environment.

• Proven track record in designing for growth, focusing on activation, onboarding, and conversion pathways.

• Deep understanding of the factors that influence key growth metrics.

• Experience in designing and executing experiments.

• Capability to analyze data and translate insights into design choices that enhance product results.

• Proficient with contemporary design tools.

• Comfortable working iteratively alongside product managers, engineers, data partners, and fellow designers.

• A genuine interest in AI and a habit of incorporating it into daily tasks.

• Must currently reside and work in Canada.

• Must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsorship.
