Staff Product Designer, Enterprise Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design for Berlitz's Enterprise customer platform, developing it from the ground up.

• Create designs for user management, LMS and HRIS integrations, SSO and provisioning, reporting and ROI dashboards, invoicing, and enterprise admin workflows.

• Engage in customer research with HR directors, L&D managers, and procurement teams.

• Design with considerations for both operational L&D Managers and strategic Global HR Directors.

• Develop within Berlitz's shared design system and enhance it for data-intensive enterprise administration.

• Assist in defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise Products.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to rapidly deliver an MVP and iterate on it.

• Manage design-related Enterprise KPIs, such as dashboard adoption, admin engagement, renewals, and expansion.

• Integrate SSO, SCIM provisioning, GDPR, and accessibility requirements into product design.

• Provide mentorship to product designers as the design team expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven history of designing and delivering B2B enterprise software solutions.

• Experience working with admin consoles, reporting tools, control panels, or products aimed at HR, L&D, IT, or technical buyers.

• Background in taking a product from inception to execution in uncertain environments.

• Familiarity with AI-native technologies, including context engineering, MCP, and generative design tools.

• Experience in designing for multiple stakeholders within a single product.

• Proficient in building or enhancing design systems.

• Knowledge of integrations, permissions, data-intensive interfaces, and compliance requirements.

• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, or Procurement-facing teams.

• A results-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in English.
