This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Provide operational assistance for IAM administration tools.
• Manage application onboarding, role definitions, recertification campaigns, end-user escalations, and support requests.
• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements to data quality and role decisions across integrated systems.
• Lead governance initiatives such as entitlement reviews and management of identity inventories.
• Strengthen IAM posture for both human and non-human identities.
• Enhance IAM practices through platform upgrades, improvements in user processes, and assessments of identity risk.
• Evaluate access requirements, system flows, and security policies to enforce least-privilege access while maintaining user experience.
• Design and implement scalable processes and technologies to bolster Addepar’s security posture.
• Assist in the development and refinement of Information Security Policies and Standards.
• Collaborate with the Security team on governance strategy and technical controls for Agentic AI Workflows, ensuring that autonomous agents and NHIDs operate securely, audibly, and with least privilege.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management with a proven ability to solve a variety of access challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; preferred education in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Proficient in Identity & Access Management tools.
• Familiarity with IT Governance and Compliance functions, including SOC2 and Data Governance.
• Understanding of Non-Human Identities (NHIs) and their associated information security challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Practical experience with IGA tools such as C1, Saviynt, or comparable enterprise-grade solutions.
• Experience with Identity Providers (IdP), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Zero Trust Access (ZTA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms.
• Familiarity with Source of Truth integrations such as Workday/BambooHR for automated onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms, including IAM policies and configurations.
• Experience with Okta and Google Workspace environments.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
