Staff GTM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish metrics and model the conversion funnel from initial contact to paid conversion.

• Resolve discrepancies among Snowflake, Segment, Amplitude, GA4, and various advertising platforms.

• Analyze variations in trials, paid conversions, attribution, channel performance, and data inconsistencies.

• Predict outcomes and assess trade-offs to facilitate investment and business decision-making.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership on significant decisions while maintaining hands-on engagement with data.

• Detect issues in campaign tracking and other data-related problems, engage the appropriate personnel, and implement data-driven solutions.

• Focus on analyses that enhance acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue generation.

• Assist in evolving Data from reactive inquiries to a proactive, agent-supported system that provides contextual insights to relevant stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 8 years of practical, highly technical analytics experience.

• Capability to tackle ambiguous business inquiries, analyze data, derive conclusions, and convey recommendations effectively.

• Proficiency in building models using dbt.

• Ability to directly work within Snowflake and perform self-service analytics.

• Familiarity with GTM data, including attribution, channel definitions, UTMs, bot detection, and identifying broken tracking.

• Experience in creating semantic layers, context, and guardrails to ensure reliable self-service analytics.

• Competence in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

• Skills in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

• Proven ability to independently define ambiguous challenges, identify dependencies, involve the right individuals, and drive tasks to successful completion.

• Legal authorization to work in the US.
