Staff Full Stack Engineer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive full-stack delivery with significant backend responsibility for secure, cloud-based remote management functionalities.

• Develop and manage C#/.NET APIs, services, workers, and runners to ensure secure and dependable remote job execution at scale.

• Direct features from architectural design to production deployment across Azure, data storage solutions, observability, CI/CD processes, and TypeScript web applications.

• Utilize GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and parallel coding agents for planning, execution, testing, review, and documentation efforts.

• Generate approved skills, integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP), and automate processes using GitHub Actions.

• Confirm outcomes through tests, traces, and human evaluations.

• Establish technical direction and address production challenges.

• Evaluate critical changes, mentor engineers, disseminate knowledge, and promote collaborative team results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience at the Staff or Lead level in delivering complex production systems.

• Extensive practical knowledge of C# and modern .NET technologies.

• Familiarity with distributed cloud systems, including APIs, asynchronous jobs, queues and workers, persistence, retries, and idempotency.

• Experience with Azure or similar cloud services.

• Proficiency in Docker, infrastructure as code, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Demonstrated AI-native delivery experience, including agent delegation, context and tool configuration, skills and plugins, MCP, automation, evaluation, guardrails, and model reasoning efforts alongside cost considerations.

• Experience in production ownership that encompasses security, authorization, multi-tenancy, observability, and incident response.

• Proven capability in handling code, secrets, internal data, and customer information responsibly.

• Confidence in TypeScript full-stack development.

• Strong architectural judgment.

• Proficiency in clear English communication.

• Experience in mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.
