Senior Software Developer – Full-Stack

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery of features for products developed using Vue 3, Nest.js, and MongoDB.

• Design and implement product components autonomously while closely collaborating with clients from public administration.

• Generate requirements profiles to guide the design of architecture and data models.

• Create MVPs and prototypes for client presentations.

• Establish, document, and ensure adherence to standards for the expanding codebase.

• Take on technical responsibility for a designated sector of the product portfolio.

• Actively propose ideas to enhance the product’s continuous development.

• Create modern cloud-based software applications and specialized administrative processes to digitalize public administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Full-stack engineer with a product-oriented mindset, capable of delivering features from start to finish.

• A strong willingness to take genuine ownership of work outcomes.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities in both German and English.

• Proficient knowledge of Vue 3.

• Familiarity with MongoDB and Nest.js.

• Several years of experience in software development.

• A strong intrinsic motivation to contribute to the digital transformation of public administration.

• Relevant degree or vocational qualification with an impressive academic or professional track record, or several years of industry experience.

• Career changers are encouraged to apply, provided they can demonstrate strong intrinsic motivation and several years of experience as software developers.

• Knowledge of Figma, software testing, software architecture, GitHub Actions, DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, or public administration processes is advantageous.
