Staff Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with product leadership to create comprehensive 0-to-1 experiences and oversee end-to-end execution for millions of users.

• Design, implement, and deploy complete segments of the product.

• Develop scalable backend services using Java Spring / Python on GCP.

• Create white-labeled micro-frontends utilizing Angular.

• Work alongside Product Managers to evolve raw 0-to-1 concepts into production-ready solutions.

• Elevate the standards for code quality, deployment speed, and system architecture across both frontend and backend areas.

• Enhance server response times and client-side rendering for swift consumer interactions.

• Lead the technical execution from start to finish across consumer health products.

• Report directly to Engineering Leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, covering both frontend and backend development at scale.

• Strong proficiency in Java (Spring / Spring Boot) and/or Python.

• Proven experience in developing resilient, high-throughput RESTful microservices on GCP.

• Extensive expertise in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and associated frameworks.

• Angular is preferred; expertise in React/Vue is a plus.

• Experience in creating scalable micro-frontends or design systems.

• Demonstrated ability to fully own complex features, delivering backend endpoints and UI components end-to-end.

• Comfortable working with GCP, CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and micro-frontend architectures.

• Exceptional skill in articulating architectural decisions, trade-offs, and product requirements to both technical and non-technical teams.
