Staff Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development of intricate product features and frontend systems utilizing Angular and React.

• Collaborate with backend teams, integrations, product management, design, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences swiftly.

• Design scalable and reusable frontend patterns that enhance product quality and accelerate developer efficiency.

• Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks, UI architectural challenges, and scalability concerns.

• Promote engineering best practices in testing, observability, code quality, and maintainability.

• Assist teams in making sound technical decisions amidst tight deadlines and shifting priorities.

• Oversee delivery across extensive initiatives, balancing immediate product requirements with long-term technical sustainability.

• Mentor engineers and enhance frontend craftsmanship throughout the team.

• Contribute to the improvement of collaboration among frontend engineers across various domains.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in frontend engineering, with extensive knowledge of Angular and React.

• Proficient in TypeScript, RxJS, NgRx, and contemporary frontend architecture patterns.

• Experience in developing reusable component systems and scalable frontend application architectures.

• Comprehensive understanding of performance optimization, debugging, and building large-scale web applications.

• Strong product intuition and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic company environment.

• Proven track record of leading significant technical initiatives and influencing across teams.

• Exceptional mentorship abilities and a history of enhancing the skills of other engineers.

• Excellent communication and execution capabilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.

• Extensive experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using Jest, Vite, Playwright, or related frameworks, along with the ability to develop testing strategies.

• Familiarity with AI; expected to utilize AI on a daily basis and assessed as part of the hiring process.
