This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Develop and deploy front-end functionalities for Ask Alteryx and associated AI experiences.
• Create reusable, well-documented component patterns and release processes for organization-wide usage.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and Platform teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end experiences.
• Enhance accessibility, performance, testing, and overall user interface quality.
• Reinforce technical designs and code through thorough reviews.
• Lead refactoring, modernization, and technical decisions to enhance both the product and developer experience.
• Provide mentorship to senior engineers and aid in the development of team capabilities.
• Impact decisions beyond the immediate team and align technical strategies with business objectives.
• Contribute to API design, backend integrations, and service enhancements when project requirements dictate.
• Assist with Ask Alteryx and other AI front-end projects across the product suite.
• Over 6 years of experience in developing production front-end systems using React and TypeScript.
• Strong background with component libraries such as MUI or similar frameworks.
• Proven experience in building complex, user-facing products with high usability and reliability standards.
• Solid foundation in testing, code quality, and scalable user interface architecture.
• Experience in delivering features while overseeing broader architecture, technical direction, and team empowerment.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working across Product, Design, Backend, and Engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in a team or specific area.
• Experience in creating micro frontend architectures and/or employing Module Federation.
• Familiarity with building design systems.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted or agentic product experiences.
• Experience in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced product environments.
• Full stack development experience.
• Ability to comply with U.S. export control regulations.
• Target annual bonus of 15% of base salary, dependent on individual and company performance.
