Staff Enterprise AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute enterprise AI systems utilizing Workato, MCP frameworks, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Claude.

• Construct and manage AI agents that streamline cross-functional workflows across IT, Security, Finance, HR, Legal, Tech, and GTM.

• Create reusable patterns for agent orchestration, memory, context management, and human-in-the-loop controls.

• Direct end-to-end automated workflows using Workato and related integration platforms.

• Integrate SaaS systems, data platforms, and internal services into cohesive AI-powered workflows.

• Minimize operational toil by removing repetitive manual tasks.

• Incorporate security, privacy, and compliance measures into AI systems.

• Ensure alignment of AI systems with SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and AI governance standards.

• Establish guidelines for data handling, prompt security, model accessibility, and agent permissions.

• Address prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, and over-automation risks.

• Develop scalable internal AI capabilities, reusable templates, SDKs, connectors, and playbooks.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, and Enterprise Apps to operationalize AI at scale.

• Utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude to improve employee workflows.

• Identify high-impact productivity use cases and implement AI assistants.

• Work with senior stakeholders to pinpoint AI opportunities and convert business challenges into scalable solutions.

• Influence the roadmap, standards, and adoption strategy across 6sense.

• Report to the Head of IT and AI Transformation within the CISO/CIO organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in enterprise engineering, automation, or IT systems.

• Practical experience in developing integrations and workflows using platforms like Workato or equivalent.

• Familiarity with LLM-based systems, including prompt design, agent orchestration, and tool utilization.

• Strong knowledge of SaaS ecosystems and API-driven architectures.

• Experience in implementing security and compliance measures in cloud-native environments; AWS experience preferred.

• Capable of functioning at both deep technical and strategic levels.
