This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Grasp business needs and convert them into effective Workday technical solutions and integration designs.
• Create, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with both internal and external systems.
• Develop and manage integrations utilizing EIBs, Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes according to both business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and sustain Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
• Provide continuous production support and troubleshoot any existing functional and integration issues.
• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve integration, reporting, and configuration issues within specified timelines.
• Assist with mass data uploads, user template processing, and outbound integration needs.
• Upload and manage new Workday content, including questionnaires, onboarding materials, and associated configurations.
• Collaborate with Workday security profiles to ensure proper security configurations are upheld.
• Support integrations and functional areas across Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Applicant Tracking, Employee Management, and Learning Management as necessary.
• Adhere to ITSM processes concerning incident, problem, and change management.
• Engage in testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams and provide necessary support during US business hours.
• A minimum of 6 years of overall experience.
• Profound technical skills in Workday integrations, including development, enhancement, and production support.
• Practical experience with EIBs, including user template fill-in, mass uploads, and outbound integrations.
• Familiarity with Core Connectors, Benefit Connectors, PECI, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Business Process configuration.
• Hands-on experience in developing Workday Reports and BIRT reports.
• Understanding of Workday Security and security profiles.
• Experience in supporting existing Workday functional and integration solutions.
• Capability to upload and manage new Workday content, including questionnaires, onboarding materials, and related items.
• Familiarity with Core HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Applicant Tracking System, Recruiting, Employee Management System, and Learning Management System is advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, partners, and internal IT teams.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Ability to manage multiple integration requirements and support various integration patterns.
• Willingness to work during US overlap hours (12 PM – 9 PM IST).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Workday certification is preferred.
