This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet both business and customer needs.
• Configure and tailor ServiceNow ITSM applications along with associated platform features.
• Create custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, and automation solutions.
• Establish and manage integrations utilizing REST APIs, SOAP web services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Implement and oversee ACLs, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable ServiceNow components adhering to platform best practices.
• Engage in solution architecture discussions and offer technical guidance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with development standards and governance protocols.
• Mentor and assist junior developers to bolster team capabilities.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades and confirm application compatibility across different releases.
• Diagnose production issues and enhance platform performance and stability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality solutions.
• Take part in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, demos, and retrospectives.
• Promote continuous improvements and ensure the successful execution of ServiceNow projects.
• 5.5+ years of professional experience.
• Extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation, customization, and development.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting, encompassing Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Strong development experience in ServiceNow using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
• Experience in creating custom scoped applications through App Engine.
• Practical experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Update Sets, and Scoped Applications.
• Proficient in developing integrations via REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Strong grasp of ServiceNow ITSM processes and best practices.
• Familiarity with Service Portal; experience with UI Builder is a valuable advantage.
• Experience in designing scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions for enterprise-level environments.
• Exposure to CSM or other ServiceNow modules is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capability to mentor junior developers and operate within an Agile delivery framework.
• CSA certification along with any two ServiceNow Mainline Certifications is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
