This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.
• Oversee and govern all testing activities across three suppliers, ensuring that requirements and quality standards are achieved prior to go-live.
• Review, provide insights on, and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) tasks among all suppliers.
• Define, plan, and implement cross-supplier SIT scenarios and test cases.
• Coordinate, assist, and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
• Track, manage, and report defects throughout all testing phases while leading defect triage meetings.
• Monitor the progress of defect resolutions and ensure the timely closure of critical issues.
• Prepare sprint test reports, testing dashboards, and quality metrics for project stakeholders.
• Conduct assessments for go-live readiness and manage formal test sign-offs.
• Collaborate with development teams, business units, and vendors to guarantee the quality of end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards, processes, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify testing risks and proactively initiate mitigation and resolution efforts.
• Serve as the main point of contact for testing-related matters across various stakeholders and suppliers.
• Total experience: 5.5+ years.
• Extensive experience in test management and coordination for large-scale implementation initiatives.
• Practical experience in ServiceNow testing across various modules and integrations.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB, and integrations with security scanners like Qualys and Wiz.
• Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Proven track record of managing testing activities in multi-vendor or multi-supplier settings.
• Strong experience in defect management, including logging, tracking, reporting, and coordinating triage efforts.
• Experience with go-live readiness assessments, quality gates, and release governance protocols.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) or similar test automation solutions for ServiceNow is preferred.
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and coordination.
• Experience working independently in geographically distributed Agile teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification is required.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
