Staff Engineer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance functionalities in React Native for both iOS and Android platforms, along with web applications utilizing React and Vue.js.

• Engage in the complete development lifecycle, which includes technical refinement, implementation, code evaluations, and deployment.

• Create and uphold unit tests to ensure sufficient coverage for essential application workflows.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in development alongside the team.

• Recognize areas for improvement and consistently work to minimize technical debt.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a distributed development setup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with React Native and/or React.

• Advanced knowledge of TypeScript, including sophisticated typing, generics, and development best practices.

• Proficient in writing unit tests using Jest and Testing Library.

• Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and state management techniques.

• Experience with Git, including participation in code reviews and collaborative work.

• Capability to work concurrently on mobile and web projects.

• Familiarity with Vue.js, specifically the Composition API.

• Background in fintech projects or financial platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of Clean Code and SOLID principles in front-end development.

• Experience with Firebase, particularly Remote Config and Realtime Database.

• Knowledge of CI/CD processes for mobile and web applications.

• Awareness of Package-by-Feature architecture (Feature-Based Architecture).
