Staff Engineer, Agents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of key areas within PayBox, overseeing the entire process from identifying issues to defining approaches and iterating through production.

• Guide a recently launched product through its next developmental phase from 0 to 1 and facilitate its growth.

• Create payment and peer-to-peer transfer experiences tailored for AI interfaces.

• Develop integrations across various AI platforms, applications, and the PayBox ecosystem.

• Design infrastructure and product experiences for new applications and integrations.

• Collaborate closely with the Product team to transform ambitious concepts into practical experiences.

• Enhance PayBox's onboarding experience and user interface while minimizing user friction.

• Approach complex technical and product challenges using first principles reasoning.

• Navigate the product and technical stack based on the problems that will yield the highest impact.

• Utilize AI extensively while ensuring technical reasoning, sound judgment, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Work in tandem with the Chief Engineer and a dedicated, focused team.
