Staff Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation and development of scalable data models utilizing dbt, SQL, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.

• Provide reliable, high-quality analytics throughout the product domain.

• Collaborate with Product Managers and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Influence backlog prioritization to deliver measurable business value.

• Create Power BI dashboards and semantic models to enable self-service reporting.

• Play a key role in modernizing data products and enhancing the scalability and performance of the cloud analytics platform.

• Assist Redcare Pharmacy in its Microsoft Fabric journey.

• Promote analytics best practices and mentor fellow analysts.

• Share technical expertise and contribute to AI-assisted analytics and self-service initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or in a similar role within contemporary enterprise data environments.

• Strong practical experience in SQL, dbt, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.

• Proven experience in developing scalable analytical solutions and semantic models.

• Capability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into scalable data solutions.

• Proficiency in communicating technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.

• Interest in mentoring peers, promoting technical excellence, and consistently enhancing analytics practices.

• Experience with Azure, Unity Catalog, Python, AI-assisted development, or cloud migration projects would be a significant advantage.
