Staff Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide impactful analysis and reporting for Business and Marketing teams.

• Create and implement scalable data models, dashboards, and pipelines to ensure accurate, self-service analytics.

• Identify and spearhead the adoption of AI and ML tools to optimize data workflows and produce predictive insights.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and the AI Engineering team to enhance customer experience and maximize the value of strategic partnerships.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for consistent and transparent analysis.

• Utilize data architecture and AI methodologies to improve business systems and workflows.

• Guide team members and promote best practices in analytics engineering and AI integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in sales analytics, business analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proven track record of delivering advanced analytics to inform strategic business decisions.

• Strong expertise in SQL and data modeling.

• Proficient in using APIs and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis across various systems.

• Experience in crafting prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects that yield measurable results.

• Capability to collaborate with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business objectives.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• In-depth knowledge of the blockchain ecosystem.

• Familiarity with contemporary analytics tools such as Superset and Hex.

• Understanding of AI models, embeddings, and frameworks.

• Awareness of advanced Marketing measurement techniques such as multi-touch attribution.

• Experience and familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
