Staff Consultant, Project Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer project coordination assistance

• Conduct analytical tasks aimed at the ongoing enhancement of processes, personnel, organization, systems, or training

• Create and disseminate meeting agendas and minutes

• Work alongside the team to produce project deliverables

• Track, oversee, and maintain project action items, decisions, risks, and issues within project logs

• Stay informed about project progress

• Facilitate engagement-wide communications

• Actively participate in team and client-related meetings

• Manage the project SharePoint site

• Execute assigned administrative tasks efficiently and effectively

• Adhere to the firm's quality standards

• Set and accomplish development and performance objectives

• Collaborate with colleagues to sustain existing clients and secure new business opportunities

• Engage in firm-wide initiatives

• Pursue relevant professional certifications

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS/MS Degree in Political Science, Public Health, Economics, Management Information Systems, Health Care Management, or Business

• Experience in a professional work environment

• Knowledge of fundamental Medicaid, HHS, and IT principles

• Exceptional written, verbal, and non-verbal communication abilities

• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities

• Strong time management skills to juggle multiple assignments while delivering quality results punctually

• Proactive, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, with additional flexibility as client demands arise
