Staff Analytics Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the governed semantic and metrics layer.

• Create and oversee the semantic layer that serves as the definitive source for Tango's metrics.

• Model Tango's data within the contemporary data warehouse.

• Deliver embedded, customer-facing analytics on Omni.

• Ensure the reliability of the data layer for AI applications.

• Lead the hands-on migration from Oracle BI to Omni.

• Establish standards and elevate the team's performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across platform, product, and consumers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence.

• Proficient in SQL with a strong background in dimensional and semantic data modeling.

• Extensive experience with a transformation framework such as dbt.

• Strong expertise in a cloud data warehouse, preferably Amazon Redshift or Snowflake.

• Proven experience in developing embedded, multi-tenant, customer-facing analytics.

• Experience migrating from a legacy BI platform is highly advantageous.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
