Staff AI Engineer – Grafana AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for creating high-performance AI features that assist users in detecting, triaging, and resolving incidents by utilizing observability data and tools.

• Establish a highly iterative methodology that allows for rapid prototyping, testing, and validation with actual users.

• Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to develop AI-driven product functionalities.

• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve both product capabilities and your own development processes.

• Take comprehensive ownership of the AI solutions you create, ensuring they are not only innovative but also scalable, maintainable, and integrated with the workflows of real users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with LLMs, prompt engineering, and the development of applications driven by GenAI.

• Demonstrated history of delivering software that has reached production and is actively utilized by users.

• Experience in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Familiarity with observability tools to analyze and troubleshoot system behavior.
