Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and develop AI agents, prompts, skills, MCP servers, and agentic workflows.

• Work collaboratively with Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and the Product Owner to gather technical and business insights and translate them into reusable AI context, skills, and agents.

• Review, refactor, and enhance Python and SQL resources for AI utilization.

• Engage with Snowflake data structures, semantic views, and semantic models to facilitate data-driven agentic workflows.

• Evaluate AI agent recommendations for accuracy, reliability, bias, and business relevance.

• Design and automate evaluation processes and frameworks for non-deterministic AI outputs.

• Utilize prompt engineering and context engineering techniques to enhance the quality and reliability of AI solutions.

• Adhere to software engineering best practices, such as clean code, Git, testing, CI/CD, and code review.

• Continuously investigate and implement modern AI engineering tools, frameworks, and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with contemporary AI coding environments such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, AWS Kiro, or equivalent.

• Proficient in prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.

• Hands-on experience in developing AI agents, workflows, skills, and MCP servers.

• Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including Python, SQL, Git, CI/CD, testing, and clean coding practices.

• Familiarity with AWS Kiro and Quick, or various AI coding environments/harnesses (preferred).

• Experience in assessing non-deterministic AI outputs and developing AI evaluation frameworks (preferred).

• Knowledge of Snowflake, semantic modeling, Tableau, Power BI, or data science workflows (preferred).
