Software Engineer, AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and deploy sophisticated Conversational AI solutions for both customers and partners.

• Oversee high-impact projects from pilot/Proof of Concept (PoC) stages to full-scale implementation.

• Ensure solutions are scalable and perform optimally for enterprise clients.

• Offer state-of-the-art technical solutions and establish architectural best practices.

• Address advanced technical challenges with innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development and improve product strategies.

• Provide technical training, workshops, and best practices to customers and partners.

• Create accurate technical documentation.

• Ensure the resolution of complex technical issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position within the Conversational AI, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors.

• Proven experience with Cognigy or similar Conversational AI platforms.

• Demonstrated capability to address complex technical challenges.

• Strong ability to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Exceptional skill in articulating technical concepts effectively.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Python, with experience in back-end integrations.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.

• Experience with server-side applications and data manipulation.
