Staff Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Support the month-end closing process as part of a structured workflow.

• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, accounts receivable, and accounts payable; process transactions in accordance with GAAP.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and prepare standard reporting packages for clients.

• Utilize AI tools to streamline closing reviews, reconciliations, and recurring tasks.

• Draft observations, summaries, and client-ready communications with the assistance of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with month-end closing cycles.

• Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals (GAAP, financial statements).

• Proficient skills in Excel.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, Claude Cowork, or similar).

• Ability to validate results generated by AI tools.
