Squad Leader – AI Orchestrator

📋 Description

• Map the SDLC Value Stream, while defining, reviewing, and refining processes and rituals to ensure continuous flow with AI.

• Oversee end-to-end delivery, minimize lead time, track workflow health, and remove bottlenecks.

• Coordinate workflows between individuals and AI agents throughout the development process.

• Establish levels of agent autonomy and human approval triggers to ensure security, privacy, ethical considerations, and regulatory compliance.

• Convert upstream demands into technical execution plans, set success metrics, and prioritize value creation.

• Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of agent-driven solutions and authorize balanced architectures.

• Manage technical dependencies between the roles of AI Engineer and AI Deployment Engineer.

• Ensure architectural integrity, compliance, and quality assurance validation checkpoints.

• Propel change management, enhance technical fluency, and facilitate the cultural shift towards the new orchestration model.

• Serve as a liaison between upstream and delivery teams, guaranteeing time, cost, quality, and workflow health.

• Experience or knowledge in delivery governance, project management, Agile methodologies, and continuous flow principles.

• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

• Proven team leadership and change management experience.

• Proficiency in risk and dependency management.

• Familiarity with AI agent orchestration and systemic AI fluency.

• Skills in ROI and expansion analysis.

• Ability to define AI metrics effectively.

• Capability to orchestrate squads and agents instead of merely executing pipeline steps.

• Comprehensive understanding of the development pipeline from upstream requirements to production.
