Squad Leader – AI Orchestrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Serve as an AI Orchestrator to oversee governance of the complete development pipeline.

• Analyze the SDLC Value Stream and establish, evaluate, and enhance processes and rituals to ensure continuous flow with AI.

• Supervise end-to-end delivery, minimize lead time, track workflow health, and eliminate obstacles.

• Coordinate workflows between personnel and AI agents throughout the development lifecycle.

• Determine levels of agent autonomy and human sign-off triggers to ensure security, privacy, ethical, and regulatory compliance.

• Convert upstream requirements into technically viable execution plans and establish success metrics such as ROI and hit rates.

• Evaluate the feasibility and ROI of agentic solutions and endorse balanced architectures.

• Oversee technical dependencies between the AI Engineer and AI Deployment Engineer.

• Ensure architecture, compliance, and QA validation checkpoints are fulfilled and manage escalations.

• Lead change management initiatives, enhance the squad's technical proficiency, and facilitate cultural transitions.

• Proven experience or expertise in delivery governance.

• Project Management (PRMG) skills.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Continuous Flow practices.

• Stakeholder Management (STMG) capabilities.

• Competence in Team Leadership.

• Knowledge of Change Management principles.

• Skills in Risk and Dependency Management (RISK).

• Experience with AI Agent Orchestration.

• Strong understanding of Systemic AI Fluency.

• Proficiency in ROI and Expansion Analysis.

• Ability to define AI Metrics effectively.

• Capacity to orchestrate squads and agents instead of merely executing pipeline steps.

• Comprehensive governance of the end-to-end pipeline from upstream requirements to production.
