Squad Lead / Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor a diverse, cross-functional team that includes developers, designers, and business analysts.

• Cultivate collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the team.

• Partner with product owners and stakeholders to establish requirements, user stories, objectives, and deliverables.

• Manage daily team activities in accordance with project goals and timelines.

• Assess team performance and productivity, implementing enhancements as necessary.

• Promote continuous learning and development through coaching and support.

• Facilitate effective communication and information sharing within the team and with external stakeholders.

• Work alongside other teams to address dependencies and guarantee successful project outcomes.

• Supervise project planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Drive ongoing process enhancements.

• Foster a positive, diverse, inclusive, and creative workplace culture.

• Manage the team’s production release management requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills; capable of working closely with international clients.

• Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity within an Agile or Scrum setting.

• Strong grasp of Agile principles and methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to motivate and inspire team members.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of client stakeholders.

• Comfort in managing the team's production release management responsibilities.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Experience with project management tools and Agile software development practices.

• Agile or Scrum Master certification is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Ability to engage closely with clients.
