Salesforce Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, which include sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, for both the development team and government stakeholders.

• Take ownership of the sprint backlog, ensuring prioritization is done in collaboration with the product owner.

• Monitor and report on team performance metrics, including velocity and sprint progress.

• Identify, track, and eliminate obstacles that hinder the team's delivery.

• Facilitate communication among the development team, government stakeholders, and external mission partners regarding processes, changes, and delivery status.

• Mentor the team on Agile and Scrum methodologies while promoting ongoing improvement.

• Coordinate dependencies across teams, including readiness for platforms and integrations.

• Oversee timelines, resource distribution, and sprint schedules.

• Execute additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a closely related discipline.

• Advanced Agile certification such as ICP-ACC, CSP, SASM, or PMI-ACP.

• 7–10 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a dynamic, complex enterprise setting across various project types, including 3 years of recent experience in an Agile development environment.

• U.S. citizenship is required.

• Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Ability to successfully pass a company background check and drug screening.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Extended periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer; may occasionally necessitate standing or moving around the office for long durations.

• Must meet pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.
