Sports and Theatre Processing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage inventory that has been purchased

• Process orders for sports and season tickets using the POS system

• Investigate missing orders and address discrepancies in purchase orders

• Maintain ownership tags and manage inventory holds

• Conduct audits on purchases and attach ticket PDFs

• Confirm seat disclosures and restrictions

• Ensure that inventory is approved and ready for sale

• Oversee canceled purchases and sales

• Resolve issues related to marketplace broadcasting and report any processing delays

• Request, track, verify, and reconcile refunds for events that have been rescheduled, postponed, or canceled

• Liaise with brokers, marketplaces, and internal teams to investigate discrepancies and address concerns

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and assist in updating training materials

• Suggest enhancements to improve accuracy, processing speed, and overall efficiency

• Manage assigned CSR calls regarding new purchases, account clarifications, refund requests, account unlocking, and account management

• Complete assigned calls promptly and accurately within designated timeframes

• Provide CSR support during sports and theater seasons, as well as during other busy periods

• Follow Team Lead priorities and report issues proactively

• Proficient computer skills with a quick ability to learn company-specific systems and adapt to changing processes

• Basic skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Rapid and precise data entry skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong written communication and a professional phone demeanor

• Capability to handle CSR calls, clarify account inquiries, and strive for accurate resolutions

• Excellent organizational skills and logical problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines

• Dependability, punctuality, initiative, and a collaborative mindset

• Availability for overnight (graveyard) and rotating shifts

• Flexibility to work weekends based on business requirements

• Previous experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory

• Familiarity with U.S. sports is preferred but not mandatory
