Speech Pathologist – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Provide speech pathology therapy through telehealth platforms.

• Assist neurodivergent clients aged approximately 5 to 21 years.

• Deliver strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and person-centred clinical care.

• Enhance clients' participation, communication, and overall quality of life.

• Establish meaningful connections with clients and their families.

• Manage a varied caseload while cultivating specific areas of clinical interest.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively within a supportive clinical team.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements and ensure high-quality clinical care.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.

• A genuine passion for working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and young adults.

• A strong dedication to strengths-based and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

• Confidence in providing therapy via telehealth or a desire to develop telehealth skills.

• A person-centred approach aimed at enhancing participation, communication, and quality of life.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities with clients and their families.

• Self-motivation, professionalism, and the capacity to work independently within a supportive team.
