Speech-Language Pathologist – Neuro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess and address impairments related to speech and language.

• Assess and address executive functioning requirements.

• Assess and address cognitive needs.

• Assess and address dysphagia issues.

• Assess and address needs for augmentative communication.

• Deliver personalized neurological rehabilitation in the homes and communities of patients.

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans alongside interdisciplinary teams.

• Utilize creative activities to meet functional objectives.

• Provide care for patients with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs), and complex orthopedic conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology is required.

• State licensure is mandatory.

• Certification of clinical competence from ASHA is essential.

• Experience in treating neurologically related disorders is highly preferred.

• Strong skills in planning, organization, writing, and time management.

• Ability to effectively communicate with families, professionals, and colleagues.

• Experience in patient-centered care.

• Commitment to an evidence-based treatment approach.
