Speech Language Pathologist – Neuro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess and provide treatment for speech and language impairments

• Assess and address executive functioning and cognitive requirements

• Assess and manage dysphagia

• Meet augmentative communication requirements

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

• Deliver personalized, one-on-one treatment in the homes and communities of patients

• Accept PRN patients throughout their stay

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology

• State licensure is mandatory

• A certificate of clinical competence from ASHA is necessary

• Prior experience in treating neurologically related disorders is highly preferred

• Strong skills in planning, organization, writing, and time management

• Ability to effectively communicate with families, professionals, and colleagues

• Commitment to patient-centered care in patients’ homes and communities
