Speech Language Pathologist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Conduct assessments for speech and language capabilities.

• Create and execute personalized treatment plans that align with the requirements of students and their IEP goals.

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to designated students.

• Track student progress and ensure accurate documentation and data management.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to enhance student communication and learning.

• Engage in IEP meetings and provide insights for service recommendations.

• Uphold compliant and confidential student records following regulatory standards.

• Address a variety of student communication needs across different school environments.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to facilitate student achievement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School SLP endorsement.

• Holding a valid Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation SLP license.

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university recognized by the Professional Standards Commission in Speech Language Therapy.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Preferred experience in a school setting, though not mandatory.

• Availability for full-time hours, Monday to Friday.

• Capability to work 35 hours per week.
