Specjalista w obszarze Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Calculation and verification of salaries and benefits related to incapacity for work in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Coordination of payroll service processes, timely execution of tasks, and compliance with procedures.

• Preparation and verification of payroll reports, analyses, and statutory reports.

• Collaboration with clients and correspondence with external institutions.

• Cooperation with HR, finance departments, and other client stakeholders.

• Supporting the team in executing payroll processes, sharing knowledge, and coordinating tasks.

• Monitoring changes in labor law, tax regulations, and insurance provisions, and implementing these changes in processes.

• Developing substantive knowledge and professional qualifications.

• Daily collaboration with the team in India and global stakeholders.

• Transmitting data, process information, and operational agreements to the Indian team.

• Participating in the implementation of tools, technological solutions, and process improvements.

• Responding to operational challenges and supporting the team in organizational and process changes.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in payroll calculation.

• Experience working with HR and payroll systems and transformation processes.

• Good command of Polish and English, both spoken and written (minimum B2).

• Knowledge of regulations regarding salaries, PIT tax, labor law, and social security.

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Openness to new solutions, development, and enhancing professional qualifications.

• Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and engagement.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate tasks.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with the iPersonel system will be an additional asset.

• Experience in HR and payroll outsourcing is preferred.
