Senior Manager, Oracle HCM, Payroll

📋 Description

• Act as a client-facing, hands-on, and versatile Senior Manager, integrating project and engagement management, team leadership, and client relations.

• Engage in client-facing activities throughout all phases of projects, from pursuit to delivery.

• Oversee projects and perform comprehensive data analysis to provide impactful recommendations.

• Contribute to the overall development of the practice.

• Mentor Coachees as assigned.

• Execute general project and organizational administrative tasks.

• Take the lead as the architect for the complete delivery of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions.

• Collect requirements, design, configure, test, deploy, and offer post-go-live support for Oracle Cloud Payroll.

• Foster the development of others through effective coaching and leadership.

• Identify opportunities for value creation based on client challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• 6-10+ years of experience in cloud implementations within a consulting capacity.

• 5-7+ years in a functional lead or technical specialist role with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.

• Extensive knowledge of non-U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws.

• Proven ability to develop and elevate others through effective coaching and leadership.

• Capability to provide industry insights and recognize opportunities for value creation based on a thorough understanding of client challenges.

• Ability to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
