This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Cultivate and expand key national account relationships while seeking new account opportunities.
• Influence specifications and standardize Corian® solutions within targeted accounts and commercial projects.
• Recognize and develop project opportunities from initial design phases through to conversion.
• Create strategic account plans and forecasts, tracking opportunities using Salesforce.
• Engage with architects, designers, owners, developers, contractors, fabricators, and end users to uncover business opportunities.
• Assist fabrication partners with project requirements, technical inquiries, customer introductions, and conversion efforts.
• Present and demonstrate Corian® solutions through engaging presentations.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, technical service, customer service, distribution, and supply chain teams.
• Manage samples, customer communications, project follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to inform business strategy, product offerings, and commercial priorities.
• Represent Corian® Design at customer meetings, industry events, project reviews, and commercial presentations.
• Establish partnerships that promote long-term business growth and foster customer loyalty.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, national account management, business development, or specification sales.
• Background in architectural products, building materials, commercial construction, surfaces, or similar industries.
• Documented success in influencing specifications and generating commercial project opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
• Experience working with distributor networks and channel partnerships.
• Effective communication skills with customers, ranging from project teams to executive stakeholders.
• Preferred experience with solid surface materials, engineered stone, countertops, or finishing products.
• Background in engaging with procurement, operations, construction, design, and executive leadership teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com and analytical sales planning is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
• Must be located near a major airport.
