Specification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with architects, consultants, clients, and general contractors across the country.

• Focus on promoting Sika's solutions within the pharmaceutical, food, military, airport, and healthcare sectors.

• Identify and develop new project opportunities.

• Provide technical advice on solutions emphasizing functionality, sustainability, and documentation.

• Conduct seminars, presentations, and workshops.

• Ensure close coordination with the sales organization and execution teams.

• Work systematically on pipeline and project management.

• Enhance and develop Sika's position in the specifications market.

• Drive growth through collaboration with architects, consulting engineers, clients, and general contractors.

• Influence material selection and technical solutions in the early project phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in specification sales, project sales, or technical consulting.

• A solid network or experience within the specifications market.

• Understanding of both design and execution processes.

• Ability to work structured and independently.

• Strong skills in relationship building and communication.

• Proficient in Danish and English at a professional level.

• Enjoy working on long-term and strategic sales initiatives.

• Educational background as a building engineer, construction technician, architect, or similar, complemented by strong commercial insight.
