Specification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and enhance relationships with architects and designers to boost brand visibility and drive specification.

• Discover and generate new opportunities by engaging with A&D firms and presenting Acoufelt’s solutions through a consultative, problem-solving approach.

• Conduct product presentations and educational sessions (CEUs) for design firms.

• Establish Acoufelt as the preferred choice in the market.

• Monitor and record activities and opportunities in the CRM, including project specifics and progress updates.

• Collaborate with inside sales and the special projects team to ensure a smooth transition as opportunities progress towards pricing and bidding.

• Remain updated on industry trends, key projects, and competitor activities.

• Follow up with designers and project stakeholders throughout the specification process.

• Encourage product specification and incorporate Acoufelt’s soft architectural acoustics solutions into project designs.

• Success is gauged by the specifications generated and regional revenue growth; not responsible for closing deals or managing transactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of proven success in architectural product sales or specification sales within the A&D community.

• A relationship-driven professional with a strong enthusiasm for collaborating with architects and designers.

• Experience in consultative, solution-oriented selling, particularly within the commercial interiors field.

• Excellent presentation skills and capability to deliver CEUs and educational sessions.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and exceptionally organized.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
