This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, manage sales performance, and effectively oversee the assigned territory and targeted accounts.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships and enhance the ability to solve customer needs to optimize both short and long-term sales performance.
• Achieve sales performance goals, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives.
• Develop a pre-call plan utilizing SMART objectives and perform post-call evaluations to continually enhance sales effectiveness.
• Skillfully address objections, misunderstandings, and concerns while consistently securing logical and reasonable calls to action to close every sales call.
• Proactively work to meet customer needs, expectations, and challenges in order to build trusted relationships.
• Design and implement a call plan that meets established call metrics and maximizes coverage and frequency with key customers.
• A Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or a business-related field is preferred; however, relevant and equivalent industry experience is required.
• Candidates with relevant industry experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree must possess at least five (5) years of experience, including three (3) or more years in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector, along with a high school diploma/GED.
• Ability to proactively identify customer styles and behaviors and swiftly adapt all aspects of the selling approach.
• Demonstrated success in sales along with strong presentation skills.
• Capable of understanding and utilizing insights to formulate sales strategies.
• Exhibits comprehensive scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge, recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Effectively operates within a matrix environment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving standards.
