This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Promote Intrarosa, Femring, and Femlyv to OB/GYNs across a designated geographic area.

• Conduct face-to-face interactions with Health Care Professionals, Office Staff, and Decision Makers.

• Advocate for assigned client products and optimize selling opportunities.

• Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives.

• Maintain an extensive understanding of products, clients, and territory.

• Build and sustain relationships with Health Care Providers.

• Inform providers about product features, advantages, safety profiles, and approved uses.

• Assist in ensuring appropriate patient usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS (or higher) from an accredited institution; a focus in business, life sciences, or a clinical degree is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical sales, OR outside/field B2B sales experience, OR prior experience as a Labor & Delivery Nurse or other clinical professional with existing relationships with OB/GYNs in the designated territory.

• Proven track record of measurable/documented sales achievements is preferred.

• Demonstrated capability to plan, analyze, and act on sales data within an assigned area.

• Strong and convincing business communication skills with physicians and providers.

• Ability to operate independently while exercising sound business judgment and discretion.

• Capacity to evaluate and address opportunities within the territory.

• Familiarity with a Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, within a 2-hour radius from the headquarters; some overnight travel may be necessary.
