This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Translate the strategies for Patient Engagement and brand into effective go-to-market initiatives.
• Create plans for product launches, growth phases, maturity, and program lifecycles that include timelines, milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Develop and sustain SOPs, call guides, guardrails, training materials, and patient education resources.
• Represent Patient Engagement during the Review Committee/MLR processes and submit materials for review.
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance for permissions, approvals, and necessary documentation.
• Load, tag, maintain, and organize approved resources across content and resource platforms, such as Amplify/Centris.
• Create customer/account and patient population targeting models.
• Establish and maintain segmentation and tiering criteria.
• Oversee territory mapping, workload analysis, territory alignment, call planning, and multichannel engagement strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of the field force and provide patient-facing teams with approved tools and materials.
• Enhance collaboration among Patient Engagement, Sales, KADs, Medical, Access, and Reimbursement teams.
• Assist in planning for Year Beginning, Mid-Year, and POA meetings.
• Define KPIs, metrics, dashboards, reporting, field technology, and related tools.
• Shape the requirements for dashboards and reporting concerning targeting, channel performance, and program productivity.
• Deliver insights into performance and suggest adjustments to strategy or execution.
• Connect execution performance with the overall strategy, tactics, and KPIs for leadership and brand marketing.
• Develop team competencies and empower leaders to coach effectively.
• Act as a liaison across Marketing, Sales, Patient Solutions, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Digital, and other departments.
• Create internal training materials and support the adoption of GTM tools and processes.
• Maintain the scope and guiding principles of Patient Engagement.
• 8+ years of combined experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on consumer marketing, operations, and strategy.
• Proven track record of leadership and high performance.
• Experience in guiding others within a matrix organization, including both direct and indirect reports.
• Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
• Established executive communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and organizational project management.
• Excellent project management abilities with a capacity to handle multiple projects over both short- and long-term timelines.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex programs and teams.
• Strong strategic capabilities, including the ability to identify and tackle significant strategic challenges.
• Skill in balancing immediate needs with long-term objectives.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Good judgment and a commitment to high ethical standards.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
