
Specialty Account Manager β Northeast Territory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
β’ Expand 1st Phorm's wholesale operations across the Northeast Region.
β’ Identify, target, and secure high-value new wholesale partnerships.
β’ Develop and sustain a pipeline of potential customers.
β’ Foster relationships with owners, buyers, operators, and key decision-makers.
β’ Oversee and enhance an assigned portfolio of specialty wholesale accounts.
β’ Boost revenue through increased average order values, heightened order frequency, broader product selection, and improved customer retention.
β’ Recognize underdeveloped accounts and formulate growth strategies.
β’ Present new products, programs, and opportunities to clients.
β’ Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual territory objectives.
β’ Monitor sales prospects and maintain organized follow-ups within a pipeline.
β’ Report successes, risks, challenges, and opportunities to sales leadership.
β’ Represent 1st Phorm's mission, products, and principles in customer engagements.
β’ Educate clients and their teams on 1st Phorm's offerings.
β’ Support account openings, events, trade shows, training sessions, and other market ventures.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Product Development, and Sales Leadership teams.
β’ Relay customer insights, competitive activities, and market opportunities to the organization.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, account management, business development, or territory management is preferred.
β’ Background in supplements, sports nutrition, fitness, specialty retail, grocery, sporting goods, wellness, or a related field is preferred.
β’ Demonstrated ability to identify prospects, build relationships, close new business deals, and expand existing accounts.
β’ Strong skills in sales, relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving.
β’ Competitive, self-driven, organized, and results-focused.
β’ Proficient in utilizing sales and account data to uncover opportunities and inform decision-making.
β’ Capable of prioritizing opportunities and managing a large geographic area.
β’ Excellent follow-through and personal accountability.
β’ Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
β’ Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Northeast Region.
β’ A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
