Specialist Registrar – Cardiology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide remote consultations to patients following GP referrals to Medefer.

• Gather comprehensive details regarding patients' health conditions.

• Conduct telephone assessments to cler k patients within the cardiology specialty.

• Take thorough patient histories during clerking calls.

• Assist consultants in developing patient management strategies.

• Discuss the risks and advantages of proposed surgical interventions or invasive procedures.

• Record patients' preliminary agreements before obtaining formal consent at a later date.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registrar with at least 12 months of experience in the NHS within Cardiology.

• Registered with the GMC and holds an active license to practice.

• Interest in digital health, clinical informatics, and innovative working methods.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Strong time management, planning, and prioritization abilities.

• Detail-oriented, capable of processing intricate information effectively, consistently, and accurately.

• A private and secure workspace with dependable internet connectivity.

• Successful candidates must undergo mandatory background checks.

• Dedication to safeguarding practices and completion of required training.
