This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee data analytics for programs and network contracts across all customer segments within the Elevate PSAO.

• Perform analyses and compile essential business indicators related to business strategies and network performance.

• Aid in the administration of business operations by examining data, systems, and dashboards.

• Ensure the accuracy of data.

• Gather, interpret, and analyze extensive data sets to identify trends and opportunities, improve contract negotiations, and facilitate informed business decisions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to disseminate insights acquired through data collection and analysis.

• Define data requirements and assist in the preparation of management reports, monthly financial statements, forecasts, supporting schedules, and annual business plans.

• Utilize data to analyze and support programs and PSAO contracts from various perspectives.

• Monitor customer activity through multiple Cencora and third-party provider systems.

• Review and assess program data to pinpoint stakeholder opportunities.

• Assist with third-party reporting and data inputs that support Elevate programs.

• Contribute to the development of Elevate objectives and long-term goals.

• Engage in special projects and perform additional assigned duties.


⛳️ Requirements

• A four-year bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, finance, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience.

• Background in pharmaceutical distribution/inventory management, supply chain operations, reverse logistics, and pharmacy reimbursement may be necessary depending on the function.

• Familiarity with Elevate products, programs, and services is preferred.

• Understanding of diverse customer segments.

• Capability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Advanced analytical proficiency for financial tracking, model building, and profitability calculations using Excel.

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent customer service management capabilities.

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and consolidating data from various sources.

• Strong computer skills necessary to operate company systems and programs.

• Experience with relational databases and familiarity with query tools and/or statistical business intelligence software is required.
