This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Develop and oversee data analytics for programs and/or network contracts across all customer segments within the Elevate PSAO.
• Perform analysis and compile essential business indicators linked to business strategies and network performance.
• Support the administration of business operations by evaluating data, systems, and dashboards.
• Ensure the accuracy of data.
• Gather, interpret, and analyze extensive data sets to pinpoint trends and opportunities, enhance contract negotiations, and facilitate fact-based business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to disseminate insights garnered from data collection and analysis.
• Define data requirements and assist in the preparation of management reports, monthly financial statements, forecasts, supporting schedules, financial forecasts, and annual business plans.
• Utilize data to support and analyze programs and PSAO contracts from various perspectives.
• Monitor customer activities using multiple Cencora and third-party systems.
• Review and analyze program data to uncover stakeholder opportunities.
• Assist with third-party reporting and data inputs that support Elevate programs.
• Aid in the development of Elevate objectives and long-term goals.
• Engage in special projects and carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant and progressively responsible experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical distribution/inventory management, supply chain operations, reverse logistics, or pharmacy reimbursement may be necessary based on the specific role.
• Familiarity with Elevate products, programs, and services is preferred.
• Comprehension of various customer segments.
• Capability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Advanced analytical skills for financial tracking, model building, and profitability calculations using Excel.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Exceptional customer service management skills.
• Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems and consolidating data from diverse sources.
• Solid computer skills for operating company systems and programs.
• Experience with relational databases and familiarity with query tools and/or statistical business intelligence software is required.
