Specialist I, SAP EWM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the execution of standard SAP EWM functionalities.

• Contribute to defining solutions across teams and products.

• Create and revise the solution reference design (distribution center template).

• Suggest enhancements and troubleshoot SAP EWM-related challenges.

• Develop scalable solutions and advocate for reuse to guarantee the sustainability of the template/product.

• Assist key users in aligning processes with standard SAP functionality.

• Ensure that integrations with satellite systems are functional and monitored.

• Support the Product team and Tech Manager in fostering a collaborative culture.

• Serve as the technical representative during Discovery, Refinement, Development, Testing, and Delivery Follow-up ceremonies.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies: planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with the Tech Manager to manage technical debt.

• Maintain current technical documentation, manage the technical backlog, and validate technical features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing SAP EWM and a strong understanding of logistics processes.

• Familiarity with the EWM application catalog.

• Experience with the infrastructure related to EWM project implementations, including barcode printers and handheld scanners.

• Understanding of industrial automation processes (WCS and EWM).

• Proven experience in designing solutions for large distribution centers using SAP standard solutions.

• Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

• Proficient in discovery and prototyping techniques.

• Knowledge of integration technologies and SAP BTP.

• Ability to facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions.

• Capacity to communicate complex concepts succinctly to varied audiences.

• Strong negotiation skills.

• Intermediate English proficiency preferred.
