SAP DMS/Archiving Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform a comprehensive technical evaluation of the existing DMS and archiving framework

• Identify discrepancies in configuration and deviations from industry best practices

• Offer clear and actionable recommendations

• Develop detailed documentation outlining the current situation and a strategic roadmap for the future

• Present findings through an executive summary alongside in-depth reports

• Facilitate workshops for team members within the organization

• Provide guidance on decisions related to archiving technology and potential upgrades

• Assist in the execution of suggested enhancements during Phase 2, if contracted

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of pertinent experience in SAP DMS and archiving

• Preference for a senior-level candidate

• Proficiency in English is essential

• Experience with OpenText upgrades is highly regarded

• Must be available for the specified project duration and workload

• Capable of working during CET hours from 08:00 to 17:00

• Must adhere to the specified notice periods
