Mid-Level SAP FI-RE Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Act as a functional SAP RE consultant, aiding in the collection, analysis, and documentation of business processes.

• Engage in SAP RE implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives.

• Examine requirements and assist in the development of functional specifications.

• Configure and tailor the SAP RE module to meet business needs.

• Investigate and resolve incidents and functional requests of medium complexity.

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Provide support to key users during testing, validation, and deployment phases.

• Create functional documentation, test scenarios, and operational procedures.

• Help assess the impacts of business changes and regulatory demands.

• Collaborate with FI/CO, MM, SD, and integration consultants.

• Assist with cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.

• Attend meetings with business sectors and project teams.

• Recognize opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SAP RE (Real Estate) Consultant.

• Familiarity with real estate management, contract, and workflow processes.

• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP RE.

• Involvement in implementation, enhancement, rollout, or support projects.

• Knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience in gathering requirements and crafting functional documentation.

• Proficient in executing unit, integration, and UAT testing.

• Understanding of SAP RE integrations with other SAP modules.

• Capability to analyze and address functional issues.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with users and multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with SAP RE-FX.

• Participation in SAP S/4HANA projects.

• Knowledge of financial processes related to contract and real estate management.

• Experience integrating RE with FI/CO, MM, and SD.

• Involvement in digital transformation or S/4HANA migration projects.

• Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.

• SAP certification or training pertinent to the SAP RE module.

• Experience in medium- to large-sized corporate environments.

• A proactive and analytical approach.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.

• Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
